VLC Media Player “VLC 1.1.0-rc” Support For WebM Project Launched
Open source media player VLC, has released a new version of their media player now with support for Google’s WebM project. The new VLC 1.1.0-rc media player.
A few added new features of this release include GPU accelerated decoding for smoother playback, improved user interface, enhanced avi, mkv and mp4 codecs, improved codec support and support for SFTP protocol. Download link for Windows and Mac is located HERE
